چکیده

Seed detoriation is a mjor constraint for right production of different crops and seeds starts with physiological maturity crop up to storage. The process seed deterioration may be related various changes, such as continuous fall in germinability, an increase mean germination time, aberrant seedling frequency, lower tolerance unfavourable climatic conditions. Numerous physical chemical factors, moisture content, atmospheric relative humidity, temperature, preliminary quality, the makeup seed, gaseous exchange, storage structure, materials, etc., affect viability vigour while they are addition varying from genus variety variety. Seeds wheat variety, Sharbati C306 was stored containers i.e., Polyethylene bag, Muslin cloth bag Bamboo structure laboratory. Effect were analysed period found that all significantly parameters. polythene recorded least insect infestation (5.94%) electrical conductivity (21.25), whereas, effective maintaining quality parameters highest (87.00%), length (12.92 cm), vigor index 1 (1125.65) 2 (25.23), Dry weight (0.297 gm), test (43.79 gm) biochemicals Carbohydrate (71.00%) gluten (11.36%).

Genotype profiling of seed storage proteins in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Seed–storage proteins are important reservoirs of food and energy which are also involved in the determination of bread making quality. Solubility properties of these proteins are traditionally classified into four classes: albumin, globulin, prolamin and glutelin. Gliadin and glutenin have also been studied extensively and the genetics and biochemistry are relatively well known. Grain proteins...

Seed Maturation Regulators Are Related to the Control of Seed Dormancy in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

In Arabidopsis, the regulation network of the seed maturation program controls the induction of seed dormancy. Wheat EST sequences showing homology with the master regulators of seed maturation, leafy cotyledon1 (LEC1), LEC2 and FUSCA3 (FUS3), were searched from databases and designated respectively as TaL1L (LEC1-LIKE), TaL2L (LEC2-LIKE), and TaFUS3. TaL1LA, TaL2LA and TaFUS3 mainly expressed ...

Effect of Seed Size on Seedling Production in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

In plants encouraged by the proliferation of seed, seed to plant survival factor to maintain the role is very vital and important. In order to evaluate different size effect's on the quality seedling production during germination in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), this experiment was conducted in 2011 at Laboratory Sciences, Islamic Azad University Shahr-e-Qods Branch by a completely randomized d...

The wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) leaf proteome.

The wheat leaf proteome was mapped and partially characterized to function as a comparative template for future wheat research. In total, 404 proteins were visualized, and 277 of these were selected for analysis based on reproducibility and relative quantity. Using a combination of protein and expressed sequence tag database searching, 142 proteins were putatively identified with an identificat...

Integrated Effect of Seed Rates and Weed Management Treatments in Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Abstract: Increased crop density and use of herbicides are two important components of integrated weed management program in wheat but no much information is available on combined effects of these two treatments. A field experiment was conducted to determine the interaction effect of increasing seed rates and weed management treatments on monocot and dicot weeds, grain and straw yield and uptak...
